How big should it be? How many people?
What kinds of prizes (be reasonable, now) would you like to see?
Should it be OU, UU, RU, NU, Uber? Should it be a free-for-all?
Should it be a singles or doubles tournament?
Should there be a round robin - or simply straight to a knockout stage?
How long should there be between rounds?
